We all know humanity is an entire group of intelligent animals with features that differentiate them from other animals, but humanity as a whole is not united, in fact there are some features that maintain humanity divided.
1- humans are said to give a lot of importance to what their eyes see, sight is perhaps the most important skill unlike others such as hear, touch, taste, a lot of decisions are mostly based on what the human eyes can see, some of the things that still divide is based on appearances skin color is an example.
2- Ideologies: one of the best characteristics of being a human is intelligence and the capacity to create and believe in something, unfortunately this has unintentional consequences, in fact, practically the majority of conflicts or wars were thanks of ideological differences, nationalism can be categorized as an ideology, the same with political movements like capitalism and communism, religion is also in this category, some wars against other cultures were primarily for religion.
These shows that humanity is in practically in the same place as when it started, when intelligence started to take form, allowing to think and believe, and be able to be part of a group or movement.
3- Another factor is material resources, humans are materialistic simple because the need to eat and have where to live, material stuff forms an important part in the lives of humans, humans can't live without material products, money simplified those things, a lot of conflicts started with a need for material resources.
Is there a solution for this??? Probably not, currently some new technologies are predicted to allow humans to manipulate their DNA and perhaps choose, for example, what color do you want your child to be, some say that would be an opportunity to form an homogeneous humanity but some critics mention this will only show the vanity and materialism of the humanity, adding to future conflicts, some studies also point out the fact that humans think they're the only intelligent form of life known but if there were another one probably humans would see themselves as a unity.
